New: Sophia Webster x Barbie Slip-On Sneaker

When Sophia Webster launched her collaboration with Barbie, I was immediately hooked. 

I really loved the whole collection, but I know you can't have it all. 

Especially Sophia Webster's shoes, because their a little bit more expensive than other shoes from high street retailers. 

So I picked one pair out to buy and that where the slip-on sneaker.

The slip-on have some really nice details. So when the shoes arrived and I opened the box, I was really enthusiastic. 

In the front there all B's on the nose from the slip-on.

Around the nose from the slip-on you can find a fluo orange binding which make the slip ons very stand out. 

The nose is also from a stretchy plastic, instead of cotton. So you can also wear them if it's starting to rain. 

On the side they have placed silhouettes from the head of Barbie and it has a silver glitter back. 

They felt very comfortable and where definitely an eye-catcher when I wore them.

Review + Swatches: Giorgio Armani Rouge d'Armani Sheers Lipstick

When was in Amsterdam I also visited the beauty department from the Bijenkorf. I was a little bit overwhelmed because there were so many beauty products. 

You have different shop in shops from MAC, Giorgio Armani, Kiehls and many more. 

The shop in shop from Giorgio Armani catched my eye  immediately because in Maastricht and Hasselt they don't sell beauty products from Armani. 

My eye went immediatley to the Rouge D'Armani Sheers. 

The lady from the shop in shop was also very helpful and friendly, so it felt very luxurious.

I bought Rouge d'Armani Sheer in 511 Pink. The lipstick is not a bright pink, but a more a purple pink. 

On my lips it performed as a shiny lipstick. Which is very beautiful. It has not a lot of pigmentation, which you can see in the pictures. 

It's a very classy lipstick, which I really love because I don't have so much classy lipsticks in my collection. 

The packaging is also very beautiful with the logo from Giorgio Armani in the middle.

Event: Bio-Oil at Oxygen House

 

Yesterday I went to an event where they presented the new Bio-Oil in 200 ml. We were invited to Oxygen House which is an private wellness center. 

When I arrived we were welcomed by the press people from Pravda. 

They give us a little introduction which ingredients had Bio-Oil and how Bio-Oil is working. 

Then me and my fellow bloggers have some bits and bites for we get pampered. 

 After that the owner of Oxygen House take a tour around the wellness. 

Oxygen House has 2 sauna's: a dry and a bio sauna. They also had a hamman and an infra-red sitting room. 

We also went in the jacuzzi and the swimming pool. Both had a very nice temperature in the evening. 

I didn't take a lot pictures because we were all in our swimsuits and you know every woman have their issues. 

But like you can see it's a very relaxing place.

Sophia Webster Launches Barbie Collection

Tomorrow Sophia Webster will launch a new collection in collaboration with Barbie. 

They will also available at Selfridges. The shoe designer will launch a shoe collection for young and old. 

There are sneakers, slip-ons and heels in this Barbie shoe collection. There will be even shoes for all the little Barbies out their. 

"It's always been a dream of me to design for Barbie", says Sophia Webster to Britisch Vogue. 

'But it's very special that I may design flat shoes for her. It strikes a balance between dreams and reality'.

 Only a couple a months ago Mattel released flat shoes for Barbie.

I really really like this collection. 

Since I'm the proud owner of a Moschino Barbie clutch, I think I might do some splurge on a pair of Barbie shoes from Sophia Webster. 

Then they can match perfectly with my Moschino Barbie clutch.

New: Chanel 'Butterfly' Sunglasses

When I was shopping in Amsterdam, I also went to the Bijenkorf. 

In the Bijenkorf in Amsterdam you have shop in shops from Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Hermès. 

You can also find there bags from Balenciaga, Chloé, Longchamp and Céline. I didn't buy anything at these because I got a limited budget. 

In the Louis Vuitton store in store I got a compliment from one of the sales representatives 

about my lipstick from the MAC Bao Bao Wang collection. Which I really appreciated.

There was also a Sunglass Hut store in store where the exclusively sold Chanel sunglasses. 

There I found these Chanel 'Butterfly' sunglasses. 

I didn't buy them immediately, but they kept me wandering trough me mind when I was discovering Amsterdam. 

At the last day of my visit I returned to the Bijenkorf and bought these sunglasses. 

They are my second pair of sunglasses I own from Chanel and I'm very happy with them.

Relaxing @ The Vondelpark

Last Thursday my vacation in Amsterdam came to an end. I went there for 5 days with my parents.
If you checked out my Snapchat (@truestar12) last week you saw that I visit a lot.
I visited Madam Tussauds, Amsterdam Dungeon, Anne Frank House, Artis and the Vondelpark.
Also I made a tour on the water around the famous spots from Amsterdam. 

The Vondelpark is really a great park. I was impressed how big it was.
We didn't walk to the entire park, because it was so big. Everyone was chilling around the ponds in the park. So there was a very relaxing atmosphere.
The ponds in the beginning of the park were very full of people, But I found a quieter place where I could shoot my outfit.

Review + Swatches: Dior Contrast Horizon Eyeshadow Palette

When I saw this new 5 couleurs contrast horizon eyeshadow pallet from the Tie dye collection from Dior, I really wanted it.
First I wasn't really sure, because there is a blue eyeshadow in the palette and blue doesn't suite me well. I found it very luxurious. 

I never bought an eyeshadow palette from Dior, because I wasn't really sure of they were pigmented enough.
Luckily my opinion was proven wrong when I swatched these colours. They are very pigmented and applied very easy.

I also created a look on me where I put the brown eyeshadow on my lid. The green eyeshadow I put above my eyelid. 

On the brow bone I put the golden eyeshadow and the blue eyeshadow I used in my inner eye to create a more vibrant look. 

The white I used in the inner waterline, but you can't see it in the pictures.

New: Adidas Premium Sneakers

 

When I saw these Adidas Premium sneakers on the Instagram account from Adidas Originals I was immediately hooked. 

For mid-summer they released a new version of the original Adidas Stan Smith sneakers. 

These Adidas sneakers are only available in the men's section on the Adidas website. Luckly I have a big size in my shoes and ordered them. 

These sneakers have a pure white faux snakeskin with dazzling hits of gold and silver. 

The nose and the front are in silver and the tongue are in gold. I really love this combination from gold and silver.

When I had them on a week ago in Hasselt, everyone was staring at my shoes. 

You could only find them online and there are also other combinations with the faux snakeskin. 

Just like my other Adidas you are literally walking on clouds.

Review + Swatches: Physicans Formula Happy Booster Rose

 

When I first went to the new Di store in Hasselt (a couple of months ago), my happiness couldn't be better. 

They have The Balm, Lollipops, Physicans Formula and a lot more beauty products, which I love, in their range. 

When I spotted these Happy Boosters from Physicans Formula I was really excited. 

On the internet I saw them on different websites and really needed these ones, because I'm a sucker for nice packagings. 

Would they be good or not? That was the question.

When I tried the blush I was really surprised. The blush is a highly pigmented shade of rosy bright pink. 

I really love those bright blushes. It has some shimmer in it and held for hours for me. 

If you want a more demure look, you should dab your brush off on your hand or on a tissue. 

You could also smell a rosy scent from the blush. 

Then of course you have the really cute hearts and if you go with a brush over it they don't disappear like in other blushes. 

You can also find a brush and a mirror in the packaging, but the brush was disappointed. 

The brush felt scratchy for me, so for the best you should use a more professional brush.

The blush is available in the Di stores in Belgium and also online.

Prada 'Voice' Sunglasses

A couple of weeks ago I went to Designer Outlet Roermond to bring my Mulberry bag in for reparation. 

I also went to some stores like Prada, Philipp Plein, Michael Kors, Salvatorre Ferragamo and more. 

When I went in to the Prada store (one of my favourites) I always look at the bags and sunglasses. There I saw these Prada 'Voice' sunglasses. 

A year ago I discovered them on the internet, but they where expensive. 

So I waited until they became in sale but didn't find them online or in of the stores from Prada. 

When I looked at the Prada outlet store in Roermond I found them immediatley. 

I said it to my mum and she said to me: 'I will buy them for your because you were looking for them for a long time'. 

Wow, I was so happy. I really have the best mom in the world!
