At Sea

Last Sunday I went to sea for 4 days of fun at Ostend. 

On Monday I went some shopping in Ostend en on Tuesday in Knokke. In Knokke I visited the pop-up stores from Julia June and I.Ma.Gi.N jewels. 

At Julia June I bought a clutch and some bracelets. 

This will come later in a new outfitpost.

On Monday I went to Oostendse Koers where I could see the races for the first time. I also placed a bet on one of the races (they even bet from Saudia Arabia on these races). 

My horse was second, so I was a little bit disappointed that I didn't win. 

There was also performances from Belgian singers for MENT TV. Thirty singers performed at Oostendse Koers which was really great. 

On my Instagram you could find some pictures I took and a video from Lisa Del Bo singing with her son. I also took pictures with Günther Neefs en Davy Brocatus.

On Wednesday I visited the Q-Beach House in Ostend, which was really great because I've took some pictures with Bart-Jan Depraetere and Wim Oosterlinck. 

The famous Q-Music deejays. 

I drank and ate something at the Q-Beach House and then I went home.

New Look Autumn/Winter 2014

 

A couple of months ago I was invited to the New Look Autumn/Winter Press Days 2014 by Tan-Dem.

Really loved this new collection from New Look. It's one of my favorite streetstyle brands, so I really was excited. 

When I entered the press agency, I really was overwhelmed. 

Loved the colors, the prints, the graphic structures.

 I really want to buy immediately all these pieces. But I had to wait. 

Finally the wait is over.

Sporty Chic

For this sunny day I wore a sporty chic outfit. I really love the summer. 

It's my favorite season of the year. 

Festivals, barbecues, long evenings, sitting on a terrasse and it's my birthday in a couple of weeks.

My Personal Shopper

A couple of months ago I went for 3 days on holiday in Antwerp. 

I really love Antwerp, one of my favorite cities to shop. I already went shopping there, but that was only for one day. 

So then my mom came up with the idea to stay 3 days in Antwerp. 

On Sunday we visited the Zoo in Antwerp, because my mom never went to it. I've already been there with high school to see behind the scenes of the zoo. 

On monday I had a appointment with a personal shopper, which I really loved. 

I really wanted this for so long, so it was really a nice gift from my mum. 

 I was expected in the Inno on the Meir in Antwerp. Caroline from C Styling made me up with make-up and gave me advice about which colors I use the best for my make-up.

She also had a color palette which she held on my neck, to see which colors suits me the best. 

I'm a summer type, so I can wear most of the colors.

Then we went for some shopping at the Meir. 

I went to the WE and H&M. In the WE she picked some clothes so I could try them on and maybe buy them. 

In the H&M the same.

It was really a great experience. 

Somebody who's picking out your clothes and you've only to follow and try the clothes on.

New brand: Flossy

A couple of months ago I decided to throw all my heels away. 

I was so sick of them, because I looked like a giant if I where them. I'm already 180 cm so that desicon was really quick made (but secretly I kept 4 pairs). 

I already had a lot of flats, sneakers and loafers. 

During the Press Days in Antwerp I discoverd a new brand: Flossy. 

It's a Spanish brand from the Rioja area. 

The shoes where originally worn by bohemians, artists and sailors. But the brand made fame in Ibizia and became quickly a part of the clubbing scene. 

So Flossy continued to grow and it's not longer only a Mediterranean shoe craze. 

Shoes are already available from 30 euros.

Flossy collaborated with blogger Audrey Rogers from Frassy. She designed the Frassy Pineapple Plimsoll. Which I really love.

From New York to Japan, you can now find Flossy everywhere.

Review + Swatches: Catrice Carnival of Colours Eye Shadows

It's a collection which is created in the colours of Brazil.

 As I think of Brazil the first things on my mind are samba, carnival and football.

This year the World Cup is held at Brazil (unfortunately Belgium is already eliminated).

When I saw the eye shadows from this collection I was immediately hooked. My eye has catched the "Rythm of the World" eyeshadow and "Flag attack" eyeshadow. 

Both are baked eye shadows which means you can apply it wet (for a more dramatic look) or dry (for a more natural look).

I used it dry for the looks. 

They easily apply and are very bright, which I really love.

The eye shadows and the other products like the nail lacquers, lip glosses, a beauty bag and more are now available by Kruidvat (Belgium) or other drugstores. 

The price for the eye shadows is 3,89 euros.
