Review + Swatches: Dior Contrast Horizon Eyeshadow Palette

When I saw this new 5 couleurs contrast horizon eyeshadow pallet from the Tie dye collection from Dior, I really wanted it.
First I wasn't really sure, because there is a blue eyeshadow in the palette and blue doesn't suite me well. I found it very luxurious.
I never bought an eyeshadow palette from Dior, because I wasn't really sure of they were pigmented enough.
Luckily my opinion was proven wrong when I swatched these colours. They are very pigmented and applied very easy.

I also created a look on me where I put the brown eyeshadow on my lid. The green eyeshadow I put above my eyelid.
On the brow bone I put the golden eyeshadow and the blue eyeshadow I used in my inner eye to create a more vibrant look.
The white I used in the inner waterline, but you can't see it in the pictures.

The 5 Couleurs Contrast Horizon eyeshadow palette I bought by Ici Paris XL en cost € 60,58.

Review + Swatches: Diorskin Nude Skin Glowing Makeup

Due to circumstances I wasn't able to blog, but I'm definitely back!

When I sent my other foundation from Maybelline to the waste paper basket I definitely needed another one.
I really wanted to try out a foundation from Dior.

So I asked the saleswoman at the Douglas store which foundation was perfect for my skin.
She recommended the Diorskin Nude Skin Makeup. I have a combined skin and it's not easy to find a perfect foundation.
When she let me see it in the mirror, I really loved it. I saw no spots or anything on my face.
It's really a lightweight foundation. There is also a SPF of 15 in it.

The bestsellers from Too Faced with exclusive must-haves within a tin that will take you from daytime to date-time in minutes. This set features three how-to cards for day, classic, and fashion looks as well as an array of shadows in pearlescent, matte, shimmer, and glimmer finishes. Indulgence has never looked so good.

Chanel Harmonie Du Soir Palette - 51,86 euro
The Chanel palette is a classic one and really good for Christmas and New Year.
In 2010 I bought the Les 4 ombres Tentation Cuvre and was very pleased with it.

This 4 eyeshadow palette reveals a deep, dense bronze gold, with a vintage lustre. Intensely seductive eyes are accentuated with plum red or softened by smoky taupe and pink shades.

Dior Grand Bal - 90,14 euro
I really love the the palette from Dior (okay, it's a lit bit pricey). A palette like this I didn't see before and it's definitely a must have.
I have read reviews that the gold and silver are very good and not like any other gold/silver palettes.

Dior has transformed the Carnet de Bal, the dance card in which dancers in the past would write down the name of their partner, into an essential beauty accessory. This palette, sealed with a black eyeliner like a genuine Carnet de Bal, unveils a duo of luminous pearlescent platinum and gold eyeshadows that appear to be sumptuously embroidered and two glosses.

Which one is your favorite?
